Compass

Terms of use

These beta terms set the practical boundary for using Compass while the service is being developed.

Version 2026-08-09

What Compass is

Compass is a financial-information and planning-illustration service. It combines information you provide with market data and explicit assumptions to help you understand your household position.

Compass is not a bank, broker, financial adviser, tax adviser, mortgage adviser or legal adviser. It does not execute transactions or hold client money.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking imported positions, prices, balances, calculations and assumptions against authoritative records before relying on them. Do not use Compass as the sole basis for an investment, tax, borrowing, pension or legal decision.

Only add information you are entitled to use, including information about another household member.

Beta availability

The service may change, experience interruptions or withdraw experimental features. Compass will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every provider, price, estimate or AI output is complete, current or error-free.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s data, evade usage controls, disrupt providers, introduce malicious content, or use Compass for unlawful activity.

Your data and account

The Privacy notice explains data handling. You may export or delete your account through Settings. Deletion is permanent once confirmed.
